I have a dream

Recently, I am playing this positive song to myself which I felt that it is quite meaningful and inspiring.

Here's the part of the song lyrics:

I have a dream, a song to sing
To help me cope with anything
If you see the wonder of a fairy tale
You can take the future even if you fail
I believe in angels
Something good in everything I see
I believe in angels
When I know the time is right for me
I’ll cross the stream, I have a dream
I have a dream, a fantasy
To help me through reality
And my destination makes it worth the while
Pushing through the darkness still another mile
I believe in angels
Something good in everything I see
I believe in angels
When I know the time is right for me
I’ll cross the stream, I have a dream
I’ll cross the stream, I have a dream
Remember to always have a positive song with you so when you feel down, you can listen to it to cheer you up...

It is very important to have a list of positive songs with you whenever you are feeling down, you can listen to them gain the positive vibes to cheer you up.

To Press On...

You have to....

Remove bad habits. From the root out, and the root is inside your Mind! Quit smoking, Stop over eating, Stop drinking, etc.

Learn 5 times faster! Learn a language, Speed reading, Play an instrument, Blaze through School, College, MBA...

Computer memory. Recall events, faces, names, numbers without effort, just ask for data to your brain and it will be served to you.

No more fears, No more panic attacks! Your mind can play pretty ugly tricks on you... Fear is one of the things your mind is principally responsible for. Remove all of them! Fear of flying, Fear of spiders, Claustrophobia, Fear of clowns - really some people..

Improve your social skills. Don't like speaking in public? Would you like to be a natural leader? or Maybe get along better with people. Blast away those mind blockers that don't let you unfold your true personality.

Enhance your aptitudes, physical abilities, Sports! Just like practice develops and reinforces the Mind-Body bond, command your brain to a "You can do it" state, liberating the obstacles your own mind sets, and improving that Mind-Body link.

Understand your feelings. Get in touch with your sensibility, learn to act positively under distressing situations, resolve your personal issues and benefit from learning from your mistakes.

Multiply your business achievements. Be creative on new business ideas, let your mind be wise on decisions, attract wealth first by setting your mind on winner mode.

SIMPLY BE HAPPY. That is the ultimate goal for us all. Let's achieve total PEACE and HAPPINESS all through 2017 and beyond.

And so much more.. the possibilities are endless!

Love + Respect.

How far are you willing to go?

Everyone wish to be the butterfly but not many are willing to go through the change process.

The caterpillar has to be in the cocoon for sometime and then struggle to come out as a butterfly.

It's delayed gratification.
It's painful sometimes.
It's definitely uncomfortable.
There's uncertainty while you are evolving.
You have to forget about your past.
You have to learn new skills.

The caterpillar cannot use its crawling know-how to fly like a butterfly.

Is the struggle worth it?
Only you have the answer.

There's no right or wrong answer.
The difference is that each will lead a different life.
Each has its own purpose in the world.

We as human beings get to choose.

The caterpillar and butterfly just follow the law of nature.
How nice if humans can automatically evolve into a successful person at a certain age.
But the thing is that we want freedom.
We want the freedom to choose.

Freedom is having choices in life.

That means we will make mistakes along the way.
It's okay.
It's not mistakes.
We are just experimenting and finding out things that we like or don't like.
We are exploring life.
The fun is the exploration process.
It's how we overcome the challenges in life that makes us who we are.

Just don't expect life to be a smooth journey.
It's doesn't matter whether you are rich or poor.
We will have challenges.

We have to continue to evolve.
Continue to grow.
Continue to learn.
Continue to strengthen our mindset.

And enjoy the process of becoming a butterfly and fly to freedom.

So do you have what it takes to be a butterfly?

I Value You.

10 Things You Need For 2017

Today's Quote:
"Success is where preparation and opportunity meet."
~ Bobby Unser

As we move on to year 2017, here's are the 10 Things we need to take note and prepare accordingly:

1. On Earnings
Never depend on single income. Make investment to create a second chance.

2. On Spending
If you buy things you do not need, soon you will have to sell things you need.

3. On Savings
Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving.

4. On Taking Risks
Never test the depth of a river with both feet.

5. On Investment
Do not put all eggs in one basket.

6. On Expectations
Honesty is a very expensive gift. Do not expect it from cheap people.

7. On Past
Past is a waste paper, present is a newspaper, and future is a question paper. Come out of your past, control the present, and secure the future.

8. When Bad Things Happen
When bad things happen in your life, you have three choices. You can either let it define you, let it destroy you or you can let it strengthen you.

9. Always Keep Your Eyes On The Front
Our eyes are in front because it is more important to look ahead than to look backwards.

10. On Growing Up
We use pencil when we were young, but now we use pens. Do you know why? Because mistakes in childhood can easily be erased, unlike now.

2016 has ended, have you taken the necessary time to reflect on what you have done so far? January is always the best time to rethink our goals and come out with our plans to make 2017 the best year of your life.

Rooting For Your Success.

Achieve Your Biggest Goals.

As you are approaching the coming year; only massive, determined actions will stop you from making the same bad decisions that have kept you where you are for so long.
What habits are holding you back?
What self-limiting beliefs do you hold about yourself?

Starting today, shut down the negative thoughts and focus only on achieving those dreams that you know you have the power to achieve. Use these inspiring quotes as the fuel to propel you forward.

1. “Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.”
2. “Take control of your consistent emotions and begin to consciously and deliberately reshape your daily experience of life.”
3. “Only those who have learned the power of sincere and selfless contribution experience life’s deepest joy: true fulfilment.”
4. “It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.”
5. “We can change our lives. We can do, have and be exactly what we wish.”
6. “Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.”
7. “It is not what we get, but who we become, what we contribute, that gives meaning to our lives.”
8. “The path to success is to take massive, determined action.”
9. “Whatever happens, take responsibility.”
10. “I’ve come to believe that all my past failure and frustration were actually laying the foundation for the understanding that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.”
11. “Lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. Knowing is not enough! You must take action.”
12. “Most people have no idea of the giant capacity we can immediately command when we focus all of our resources on mastering a single area of our lives.”
13. “Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy. Human beings have the awesome ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that disempowers them or that can literally save their lives.”
14. “There is no such thing as failure. There are only results.”
15. “I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk.”
16. “How am I going to live today in order to create the tomorrow I’m committed to?”
17. “In life you need either inspiration or desperation.”

Obstacles to your Desire

Pause and Pounder
Every year we approach a new year with expectations.

How many years have we done like that?

2017 is just the same. The years don't change it is we that will have to change to get a different results to the past years.

2016 is approaching the end let's do something different in these last two weeks:
1. Reflect - on all the things you desired in the year.
2. Recall -  all the ones that are yet to happen
3. Review - all you did or did not do to bring your dream to reality.
4. Record - all the lessons from what did not go according to plan
5. Research - through: the Internet, your network of people, consult some experts; to find solution to the outstanding goals .
6. Rewrite - the goals and time scales
7. Renew - your mindset with action plans, self  determination, commitment, passion, exploring your horizons and build network required for accomplishing those goals.

Hard isn't it. The difference between those who bring about their plans to reality is the effort they put into moving the blockages to the  changes in their life. *Challenges* are meant to be stepping stones to the next level. Notice you have double letter 'l' in Challenges then the letter "e". The letter 'e' stand for *efforts* while the letter 'l' stand for: lack, lock, loads, luggage, late, leftover, lazy, laid back, later, leave, loser, little, looking, etc those are the blockages the you need efforts to remove them. Note that the letter 'e' is obscured by the double letter "l"; so it only takes a smarter one to know I can use my efforts to remove the double 'lls' to bring 'Cha' together with 'nges' which is the *'Changes' * I have desired.

2017 is another year don't load it with new hopes and expectations when you have no results from last year. Focus on relevant goals of 2016 in 2017 to tell yourself you can do it. When you start achieving the 2016 goals in 2017 you can start adding some of the 2017 goals. By then you have learnt to understand a goal without your efforts and hope is just a thought.

If you are not doing anything different now you will just be going through the same emotions and thoughts; living all your dreams in your mind. Guess some people enjoy living fantasy than living in reality.

Hey! Where is Faith in all of this? Yes faith is so important it makes you believe your own efforts beyond your capacity and when you start making the efforts, faith help you see things in reality. So use faith to dream beyond your capabilities and capacities while hope see you through actually putting the efforts into your faith.

Enjoy the thrill of Hope while working your Faith.

I value you!

What Are You Filling Your Life With...

PAUSE & POUNDER

Good morning everyone,

A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.

He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up the remaining open areas of the jar.

He then asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous “Yes.”

“Now,” said the professor, “I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The rocks are the important things – your family, your partner, your health, your children – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter – like your job, your house, your car. The sand is everything else, the small stuff.”

“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take your partner out dancing. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party, or fix the disposal.”

“Take care of the rocks first – the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.”

Have a great day.
