Water and its Usefulness

Water is by far the most important resource in the world, yet it garners the respect of so few. How often do you find yourself standing with the fridge door open looking for something to drink – completely ignoring your jug of filtered water that sits before your eyes? The truth is, water should always be the beverage of choice. While the human body can go about 3 weeks without food, it cannot survive for more than 3 days without water. Water is essential to every bodily function. No other liquid can sustain your body like water, and the body needs a certain amount of water to function well. Watch:  5 Keys to Removing Cellulite About 80% of the human brain is water, blood contains 83% water, the lungs 79% and muscles 76%. All in all, the human body is comprised of about 75% water. Every function in the body is dependent on a steady supply and flow of water. Water transports such things as hormones, chemicals and nutrients which are vital to efficient organ function. Without water we would not be able to digest or absorb minerals or nutrients and our kidneys would fail from toxic overload. Water is, in fact, a sort of miracle elixir – but have you ever thought of it that way? Here are just a few of the amazing things that water can do for your health: keep skin vibrant and supple escort toxins from the body support healthy metabolism improve energy remove body heat lubricate joints improve mental and physical performance support digestion But hold on… we are just getting started. Water, yes, simple, plain old water, the same water that you might bypass for something more glamourous… not only sustains life but holds within it the capacity to heal. Here are sixteen illnesses that water can help prevent and reverse. We hope that after reading this article you will be convinced that water should ALWAYS be your first beverage of choice. Arthritis It is estimated that over 52 million adults in the United States have some form of arthritis – which literally means “joint inflammation”. The pain and discomfort of this condition varies from a minor inconvenience to a full-blown disability. Millions of dollars are spent on anti-inflammatory and pain medications that often have harsh side effects. Persons suffering from arthritis are often subjected to a life sentence to these harsh drugs, but there may be a better way. The most important thing that someone with arthritis can do is to make sure that their joints are lubricated, and water can do this. Water not only lubricates but also pads joints and reduces the friction that causes pain. A suction-like motion pulls water from bone marrow to the joint cavity; this helps joints glide easily. If there is not enough water available it causes friction and eventually pain. If you are severely dehydrated, dry cartilage can die and peel off from the contact surface of the bones. Gout Gout, being a form of arthritis, is also markedly improved if not completed kept at bay with a proper consumption of water. Water helps to remove uric acid and other toxins from joints that build-up causing swelling and pain. Osteoporosis This painful condition is characterized by low bone mass and a structural breaking down of bone tissue. Over 10 million Americans suffer from osteoporosis and over 34 million have low bone mass – a precursor to this disease. Although there are certain risk factors that are out of our control, such as race and gender, there is much that we can control – such as how much water we consume. Water not only helps prevent this condition but it can also help sufferers cope. Heart Disease Often called the silent killer, taking the lives of almost 2,200 people daily – yes, we said daily. Heart disease is rampant and we seem to be able to do little to control it. However, it appears as though there is a strong relationship between water and coronary health. One study demonstrated that drinking 5 or more glasses of water per day can cut the risk of dying from a heart attack by 50%. Study leaders say that drinking water is as important as exercising, not smoking and diet in preventing heart disease. Constipation Constipation is an annoying and often painful condition that millions of Americans suffer from. If you have less than 3 stools per week you are constipated. If you have less than one stool a week, you are severely constipated. The cause of constipation can be traced back to any number of things, including poor diet, medication, poor bowel habits, dehydration, hormonal disorders and laxative abuse. For many people, the discomfort of constipation becomes so great that they reach for over-the-counter medications for relief. Unfortunately, many of these medications only mask the symptoms and can make the problem worse. It is important to consume a diet that contains healthy fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, but it is equally important to consume adequate amounts of water. Not only does water help rid the body of toxins but it also supports healthy digestion. When you are hydrated, less water will be taken from the colon – leaving stools softer and easier to pass. Hypertension Many people have high blood pressure and don’t even know it. Of course such things as dropping a few pounds, adopting a healthy diet and exercising can all help keep blood pressure in its normal ranges – but did you know how important it is to drink water as well? When you don’t consume enough water the body actually hangs on to sodium to preserve fluids. Dehydration forces the shutdown of capillary beds and puts a tremendous pressure on both capillaries and arteries which elevates blood pressure. So, staying well-hydrated is a very important part of keeping hypertension at bay. Fever Starve a fever – feed a cold, is a common saying we hear a lot. What about hydrate a fever instead? Having a fever actually means that the body is fighting off an illness or an infection and is a good sign that things aren’t quite right. Having a fever leads to dehydration because the body will drain water from cells. Fever causes fluid loss and it is paramount that you replace these fluids – water is the best choice. Dehydration can make symptoms worse and cause additional discomfort. Skin Issues You may not think about your skin as an organ but in fact, it is the body’s largest organ and is comprised of cells that are made up of water. Just like any other organ, skin needs water to be healthy. Many skin conditions such as overly dry, flaky or blotchy skin may be the result of dehydration. Without adequate water, skin can age prematurely and develop a greater number of wrinkles. Sleep Disturbances One in three persons suffer from some kind of sleep disturbance, more commonly known as insomnia. Characterized by a persistent problem falling asleep or staying asleep, insomnia can interfere with your work and social life and also contribute to serious health conditions. An alarming number of people turn to both prescription and over-the-counter sleeping pills to ease their suffering. However, these pills are dangerous and can be highly addictive. Like so many other conditions, an adequate water intake is essential to reducing overall inflammation which can interfere with a good night’s sleep. When combined with a healthy diet, stress management and exercise, it is possible to develop a healthy sleeping routine without the use of medication. Yeast Infection Yeast infections, caused by a fungus, are annoying and can be very painful. Almost 75% of women will be impacted by one of these infections in their lifetime – some more than others. Although many people turn to garlic and yogurt to combat these infections, one of the best tools is actually pure and simple water. The more water you drink, the more you flush out excess sugars that can cause yeast infections. If you are prone to yeast infections, adding plenty of water to a healthy diet along with managing stress can prove to be one of the most effective tools for keeping infections at bay. Colds According to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in Bethesda, MD., Americans suffer over one billion colds each year. Oh the dreaded cold; runny nose, sore throat, lack of energy and the host of other uncomfortable symptoms that go with it drag so many people down. Over-the-counter drugs only seem to keep symptoms at bay – and some, don’t do this very well. The truth be known, once you get a cold virus there is very little you can do but ride it out as comfortably as possible. However, you can do things to keep a cold from turning your life upside down in the first place – including washing hands and eating a healthy diet. While you may do these things, it is easy to forget that one of the best ways to keep yourself healthy is to replace lost fluids with water. Water helps to flush out toxins and also helps the body to produce mucus. When fighting off a cold, the body needs more water than usual and can easily get dehydrated. Blood Sugar According to French researchers, drinking four or more 8 ounce glasses of water per day can prevent the development of high blood sugar – a condition known as prediabetes. One in three Americans have this dangerous precursor to diabetes. Researchers state that a hormone called vasopressin (an antidiuretic hormone) helps to balance water retention. When we become dehydrated, the levels of this hormone increase which causes the kidneys to conserve water. Studies indicate that there are vasopressin receptors in the liver – which produces glucose in the body and that higher levels of vasopressin may cause a rise in blood sugar. Bladder Infection Although the bladder passes fluids from the body – it needs water to do its job. The elastic muscle fibers of the bladder allow it to expand and store up to 750 ml of fluid. Pressure on the bladder walls trigger the need to urinate. Bladder infections are the result of bacteria entering the urine, which in turn creates the same urge to urinate as a full bladder. Consuming 6-8 glasses of water each day can help keep the bladder healthy and free from bacteria. Kidney Stones A proper supply of water helps to keep the kidneys functioning properly. Kidneys, along with the liver and urinary tract, are responsible for ridding the body of toxic materials. If the kidneys stop doing its job for just two days, metabolic toxins would accumulate and cause poisoning. When bacteria and proteins build up, stones (crystals) form – these are very painful and can be difficult to pass. Studies indicate that dehydration can increase the chance of stones to develop. Asthma and Seasonal Allergies According to studies, a lack of water vapor in the lungs can cause airways to constrict and produce mucus – this can bring on an asthma attack. For this reason it is vital that persons suffering with asthma drink plenty of water each day. At least ten 8 ounce glasses are recommended. If you suffer from seasonal allergies, it is also highly important to stay hydrated. Drinking water helps the body flush out irritants, thins mucus and helps with sinus drainage. What kind of water should I drink? There are some people who drink enough water but are not consuming the right water. Perhaps you are under the assumption that your tap water is safe because the government says it is safe? In fact, your tap water might contain up to 80 so called “regulated” contaminants and many unregulated toxins. Perhaps you purchase bottled water in an attempt to stay safe, however, there is a major problem with deceptive labelling in the bottled water industry. Don’t be fooled by marketing campaigns that state that the water is from a spring or pristine pool. Bottled water is just water and a very, very big business. Each year, over $75 billion dollars are spent on bottled water. Bottled water in the United States falls under the authority of the FDA. Since over 70% of bottled water never crosses a state line for sale, it is exempt from the scrutiny of the FDA. Tests done on bottled water have turned up traces of carcinogenic compounds, pharmaceuticals, fluoride, and arsenic to name a few. Bottled water is not a good value and creates mounds and mounds of trash that ends up in our oceans and landfills, no matter how much we recycle. Toxins in Drinking Water Fluoride Known as an extremely dangerous toxin, fluoride is added to water sources including municipal water as well as bottled water. Adding fluoride to water has been banned in other countries but remains a common practice in many American cities; although some have rejected this practice since as early as 1990. Arsenic Arsenic is a heavy, toxic metal that is classified by the International Academy for Research on Cancer as a Category l carcinogen. This means that it is a known cancer causing metal. The Environmental Protection Agency set the acceptable standard for arsenic at 10 parts per billion in tap water. Many states exceed this standard. Chlorine Inhaling chlorine is dangerous to health and ingesting it is even more so. Chlorine is added to water to kill certain bacteria. Once chlorine enters the body, it joins with other compounds to form Trihalomethanes which trigger free radical damage. In a recent study, chlorine was added to the water supply of rats who developed tumors in their intestines, liver and kidneys. The United States Council of Environmental Quality, states that people who consume water with chlorine have an over 90% higher risk of developing cancer than those who don’t. Even after the results of this and other similar studies have been presented before the government, chlorine continues to be added to water. Options So, after reading this you may be thinking, what should I drink if I cannot drink tap or bottled water? Here are a few options; as with anything, be sure that these options are suitable for your needs and do your research before making a purchase. Some systems are better than others at removing harmful contaminants. Arrange to have your tap water tested so that you know what it is you need to filter out. There are a few options to consider when it comes to improving the quality of your drinking water. A whole house water filtration system may set you back a few bucks, but it is worth it in the long run. A good system will filter multiple impurities including chlorine from your entire water supply and requires only minor maintenance like changing the filter. Pitcher filtration systems that go in the refrigerator are inexpensive, but they often fall short of removing all water contaminants. Reverse osmosis systems, either countertop, under the counter or whole house types can be costly and actually strip water of just about everything, including healthy trace minerals. Do not use a reverse osmosis filter system unless you are going to supplement your diet with trace minerals. How much water should I drink? If your urine has low odor and is pale colored, you are most likely on track. Some health practitioners say to aim for at least ten glasses a day, while others recommend half of your body weight in ounces. Of course, if you are working out or spending time outdoors in the heat, it is essential that you replace water lost due to perspiration. You can also pull the skin on the top of your hand to see if it bounces back. If it stays up for a while, grab a glass or two of water, your tank is probably low. So, it is clear, the next time you really want something to drink – push the soda, fruity juice concoctions, energy drinks, etc. aside and satisfy yourself with pure and natural water – your body will thank you!

Why Men Want Sex In The Morning and Women at Night...

A recent study notes that a man’s level of sex hormones is at the highest when he wakes up while a woman’s is at the lowest and this explains the difference in when both genders want sex. Notably, higher testosterone levels equals higher sex drive. Even though both men and women have testosterone, it is more present in men, known as the sex drive or male hormone.

One of the researchers, Ashley Grossman, a professor of neuroendocrinology at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London, said even before a man opens his eyes in the morning, his level of testosterone is at its peak – between 25 per cent and 50 per cent – more than at any other time of the day.

He explained that the pituitary gland in a man’s brain – which governs the production of the male sex hormone – has been switched on in the night and its levels have been rising steadily until dawn.

Hence, low testosterone levels can be linked to a lack of sleep because good sleep boosts the level of the testosterone hormone in a man’s body, which can often cause an erection and a tendency to make the men more aggressive in pursuing sex. Grossman adds,

“Women also make testosterone – the main sex drive hormone – but produce a fraction of the amount and it rises by only a tiny bit overnight, and it is also kept in balance by oestrogen and progesterone.

“Men need only a normal amount of testosterone to feel like having sex, and the raised levels in the morning means most men will wake with erections, which informs part of the reasons they want sex in the morning.

“Studies found that the longer and deeper a man has slept, the higher his testosterone levels and research in the Journal of the American Medical Association shows getting more than five hours’ sleep can raise the hormone levels by an extra 15 per cent.”

While contributing to the study, a consultant gynaecologist based in Birmingham, Gabrielle Downey, said male and female testosterone levels are at their highest at opposite ends of the day, so they are out of synch.

She said that while the hormones secreted during men’s sleep at night trigger their sex-in-the-morning disposition, it takes more than hormones for women to be in the mood for sex. She noted that some studies have shown that a woman’s testosterone levels are likely to increase on the anticipation of sex with her partner.

This probably means that whilst at work or closing from work, women who envisage having sex with their partner later in the evening tend to have more testosterone levels, thus, a higher sexual drive.

Therefore, as evening approaches, while a woman’s testosterone level is heading towards its highest point, even if slowly, a man’s is dropping to the lowest level of the day. But regardless of the fact that men’s testosterone levels are now at their lowest, it is interesting to know that they are still more likely to have sex in the evening.

“It’s been said that women need a reason and men just need a place – and I think that’s true because regardless of the low male testosterone, they are still responsive.”

Should the sexual act happen eventually, the bonding hormone, oxytocin, is released, prompting men to sleep after the sex. The release of oxytocin after sex aids sleep, which is the reason why men are notorious for falling asleep after making love.

Findings by the scientists showed that women shun sex in the morning because they wake up feeling groggy, not liking the way they look, their awful breath or not having done the usual clean up; they are never really awake enough to enjoy it. However, most men seem not to care about such.

According to a sex and relationship expert, Dr. Tammy Nelson, vasopressin hormone that gives feelings of emotional attachment is also secreted in men during their sleep, and coupled with an erect penis, the man may feel closer and more attached to his significant other in the morning. Her opinion was published in menshealth.com.

“But the groggy woman on the other side of the bed is not as psyched to feel same at sunrise. A morning orgasm can be difficult if not totally elusive for some women because in order to reach full levels of arousal, a woman has to be relaxed about her physical cleanliness.

“That’s tough after hours of sleeping; she hasn’t showered, brushed her teeth, or switched out of her nightgown yet, which triggers stress that prevents her from relaxing enough to enjoy sex.

“Plus, if your partner hasn’t peed yet, the same muscles necessary to stop urinary flow are the muscles that control orgasm, so it may take extra effort to make a woman ready for sex at such times.”

A material on sexwithinmarriage.com points out that any day that starts with sex is almost guaranteed to be a good day because sex decreases stress levels, increases testosterone production, produces natural anti-depressants and a good form of exercise.

“The increased testosterone makes men more aggressive and assertive, making them feel more confident, the decreased stress makes them feel more relaxed and be more productive and the natural anti-depressants make them feel happier, and happier people are more productive.

“If men have sex in the morning, they tend to have one of the best days of their lives, happier and more productive, and the next day, they want to have that experience again.”

Meanwhile, according to a love network expert, Michele Weiner-Davis, who is the founder of divorcebusting.com, couples should discuss how they would meet their respective needs since the time of their interest varies.

“If a couple have sex twice a week, each of them should be willing to do it once at the time of day when the other is ready. And if they are really exhausted or in a rush when the partner wants it, they can say no, but suggest a better, but not distant time that will work.”

In his reaction to the study, a professor of psychology, Prof. Toba Elegbeleye, said even though other studies conducted in this area attested to the fact that men are more sexually active in the morning than in the evening, the testosterone being secreted overnight may account for the reason why they have erection early in the morning.

He pointed out that it does not also mean that men may not be ready for sex in the evening, as they can have it at anytime, but that they are better refreshed, with good quantity of the sex hormone, unlike in the evening when they would have been stressed as a result of the day’s work. He said,

“Every active male organ comes up in the morning, and with the good quantity of testosterone secreted overnight, they tend to be ready for sex at that time. On the social psychology aspect of it, most men, given the fact that they are usually breadwinners, come back home tired, having gone out to work, which may have taken away all their sexual urges, and they would just want to sleep.

“It doesn’t mean they can’t have it in the evening, in fact, a man seems ready at any time. But talking about desire, interest and convenience, the time they most likely would want to do it is in the morning when their body is settled and refreshed.

“The other side is that women may have been at home for quite a while longer than the men, they could anticipate the arrival of the husband who probably would bring with him some kisses and hugs, and maybe sex because women like to be prepared for sex, unlike men who can have it anywhere.”

Elegbeleye advised that both the man and the woman should find the right time to have sex and submit to their partners as part of marital obligations.

Money

It is often much more about the daily habits than about some innate trait they're born with, that distinguishes the super-successful people from the rest of us.
Making excellent spending decisions is one of those habits. I've rounded up 4 research backed ways extraordinarily successful people make better spending decisions daily and you can, too.

4 Ways to Trick Your Brain into Making Better Spending Decisions...

Even George Washington is alarmed at the current rate at which the $1 bill is exchanging for the Naira (over #200 to $1). Who isn't? The prices of goods and services have hit the roof as a result. The price of crude oil, the most important product in our mono product economy has fallen into limbo as some public workers haven’t seen what a pay check looks like in over 4 months. You will probably agree that this is not the best of time to toy with money management. But then, life must be lived, and money must be spent to sustain it. How then can you make better spending decisions in these times?

1. Use more of cash & less of ATM cards. Psychologically, it is much more difficult to overspend when you are using cash because of the immediate pain you experience as you watch the cash slip from your hand. People use ATM cards because of its convenience, therefore that immediate painful experience that makes you want to think twice about a purchase is absent when you are transacting with your ATM card. Therefore, as a good money management.

2. Spend on experience rather than material items. The thing with spending on experience is that it makes you happier than material purchases. Even research shows that if you make material purchases that meet those same needs, they’ll make you just as happy. For example, you love to watch football. You have to buy a decoder; a material item—but this purchase is one that fosters a relationship in that it helps you bond with your friends and family, and that makes you happy. Making experiential spending is a good money management tip.

3. Record your spending. Emotion drives a lot of people to shop. For example, you may want to get a new phone not because the phone is faulty but because you just feel the phone is old. But, when you start writing your spending down, things become more rational. The knowledge that you have to write your spending and track it makes it difficult to spend money based on the way you are feeling at that moment and that enables you to spend more wisely and improves your money management skills.

4. Save with a goal. The best way to save money is not to dump a slice of your income in the bank because you think it’s the right thing to do. Saving with a goal in mind is a good money management tip you need to know about. For example, if you say, “I am saving up to buy a Toyota Camry because it’ll make commuting easier”, you will discover that that anticipatory happiness will enable you to focus, save more, and cut off some excesses. Your likelihood of being successful is higher when you save with a clear goal.

Words From A Mother To Her Daughter About Marriage

1. The wife that wins all arguments with her husband is not wise. The home is not a law court.

2. The wife that uses sex as a weapon in the home - placing embargo, going to bed in jeans

shorts and trousers - lacks wisdom.

3. The wife that uses the modern trends and laws of "women's rights" to insult or ridicule her husband simply makes a fool of herself.

4. A woman that makes her home devoid of peace through bickering, nagging and quarrels  needs help. A man should be eager to run away from office to be at home, for that should be the safest and coziest place on earth for him.

5. Modern-day equality in marriage does not mean competition. It simply means partnership. Taking advantage of such equality to turn around and become the de-facto head of the home and oppress the man is tantamount to playing with fire. If you destroy your home, soon you will be the boss of an empty home.

6. A wise wife makes the man feel so good that he assumes that he is the head. Once he gets that feeling, the woman gently wields her power and the head actually turns to wherever the neck wants without a protest.

7. A wife that does not pull herself away from friends' influence and advice or even from the

control of her mother and father will have herself to blame.

8. When a man is looking for a wife, he bypasses women of different shapes and sizes to choose a wife. But soon after childbirth, many women hide under the excuse of childbirth to let go of themselves. Many stop bothering about their looks, shape, dressing, etc. Within 5 years of marriage, people start wondering if the wife is the man's aunt, even though she is 7 years younger. Her defense is that if he truly loves her, he should love her the way she is. But when looking for a wife, he saw people like the present YOU and ignored them and settled for the former YOU.
Today, you go to bed smelling of onions....
You go to bed wearing grandmothers' clothes.
Why are you playing with your marriage?
Love is not about looks - we know.
But looks enhance love and marriage.
There is a difference between someone disfiguring herself and the person being disfigured by an accident.
Please don't be complacent. As hard as it may be, work on looking like you were when he first saw you and began the chase.

9. If every night you are tired, sleepy, sore, down with headache or fever, "not in the mood," you are a joker, a serious comedian!
10. If your children suddenly become more important to you than your husband, you need

prayers.

11. If you assume that as the woman, only you need to be pampered and fussed over while

the man is a stone that has no emotions, you need to be pitied.

12. A woman that has the mind of a wife does not excite her husband. Wives are usually complacent and presumptuous. A wife must strive to have the mind of a girlfriend. A girlfriend is always nicer, sweeter, more loving and always thinking of ways to wow her sweetheart; a girlfriend does not try to win all arguments, does not call the man a "useless man", is not careless about her looks or dressing, always smiles and laughs with the man, sends the man sweet messages and calls, etc. Are you your husband's girlfriend in word and in deed?

WORDS FROM A FATHER TO A SON ABOUT MARRIAGE

1. My son, if you keep spending on a woman and she never asked you if you’re saving or investing, and she keeps enjoying the attention, don’t marry her.

2. My son, a woman could be a good wife to you, some could be a good mother to your children but if you’ve found a woman like a mother to you, your children and your family, please don’t let her go.

3. My son, don’t confine the position of your wife to the kitchen, where did you get that from? Even in our days, we had farm-lands where they worked every morning . . . that was our office.

4. My son, if I tell you that you’re the head of the house, don’t look at your pocket; look if you will see a smile on your wife’s face.

5. My son, if you want to have a long life, let your wife be in-charge of your salary, it will be difficult for her to spend it when she’s aware of the home needs and bills to pay but if it’s in your care, she will keep you asking even when all has been spent.

6. My son, don’t ever beat your woman, the pain in her body is nothing to be compared to the wound on her heart and that means you may be in trouble living with a wounded woman.

7. My son, now that you’re married, if you live a bachelor kind of life with your wife, you will soon be single again.

8. My son, in our days, we had many wives and many children because of our large farm-lands and many harvests, there are hardly any land for farming anymore, so embrace your woman closely.

9. My son, under the cocoa tree that I did meet your mother could be your eateries and restaurants of nowadays, but remember, the closet thing we did there was to embrace each other.

10. My son, don’t be carried away when you start making more money, instead of spending on those tiny legs that never knew how hard you worked to get it, spend it on that woman that stood by you all along.

11. My son, when I threw little stones or whistled at the window of your mother father’s house, to call her out, it was not for sex, it was because I missed her so much.

12. My son, remember, when you say your wife has changed, there could be something you've stopped doing too.

13. My son, your mother, Asake rode the bicycle with me before I bought that tortoise car outside there, any woman that won’t endure with you in your little beginning should not enjoy your riches.

14. My son, don’t compare your wife to any woman, there are ways she’s enduring you too and has she ever compared you to any man?

15. My son, there is this thing you people call feminism, well, if a woman claim to have equal right with you in the house, divide all the bills into two equal parts, take one part and ask her to start paying the other part.

16. My son, I met your mother a virgin and I took more yams to her father, if you don’t meet your wife a virgin, don’t blame her, what I didn’t tell you is that our women had prestige.

17. My son, I didn’t send your sisters to school because I was foolish like many to think a female child won’t extend my family name, please don’t make that mistake, the kind of female achievers I see nowadays has made the male-gender an ordinary tag.

18. My son, your mother have once locked up the cloth I was wearing and almost tore it because she was angry, I did not raise my hand to beat her because of a day like this, so that I can be proud to tell you that I never for once beat your mother.

19. My son, in our days, our women had more of natural beauty, though I wouldn’t lie to you, some had minor painting of their appellation mostly on their arms, the ones you people now call tattoo, but don’t forget that they didn’t expose any part of their body like your women of nowadays.

20. My son, your mother and I are not interested in what happens in your marriage, try to handle issues without always coming to us.

21. My son, remember I bought your mother’s first sewing machine for her, help your wife achieve her dreams just as you’re pursuing yours.

22. My son, don’t stop taking care of me and your mother, it’s a secret of growing old and having children to take care of you too.

23. My son, pray with your family, there is a tomorrow you don’t know, talk to God that knows everything, everyday

6. Court Is Not A Solution To Family Problems, The Solution Lies In The Spouse. If Only The Spouse Can Reduce Their Pride And Ego And Accept Their Wrongs and Make Amends On The Areas That Are Not Working, They Will Live Happily Ever.

7. Never Forget To Recognize Your Wife As The Most Important Being In Your Life After God, And Never Forget That Your Husband Is The Most Important Being In Your Life. That’s Why Michelle Obama Is Always Beside President Barrack Obama (a good family to emulate their life style and a welcome attitude to emulate).

However, A successful marriage requires tolerance, understanding and effective communication.

Save yourself the shame and save your marriage, the earlier the better.

Have a great day with your spouse when you are done reading but don't forget to make a necessary amendment/ adjustment on any points you think you are not measuring up.

Enjoy.
