Achieving Your Goals

Today, I want to share with you how to use mantras to achieve your goals (Remember, Goal is an observable and measurable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed time frame).

However, a mantra is a sound, syllable, word or group of words that is considered capable of creating transformation. A mantra could also be a driving fuel to help you achieve a goal. A mantra could be physical, mental or even spiritual. Most personal mantras consist of repeating your goal and what you want to do over and over again.

So, how do you use mantras to achieve your goals?

Here are a few steps how.

1. List your goals.
You need to clarify your goals. What is it that you want to achieve? You have to be specific about what you want to achieve and attach a specific time to each of your goal. Could it be getting married by the age of 20, or riding your own car by the age of 25 or achieving your first million dollar by the age of 30, or is it you want to own your first property five years after you start working.

Note: You must have a written down goal before clarity. By the way, if you don't have any written goal, it's not too late to develop one. Just look inward and write down those things that comes to you naturally and you have glare to build on.

2. Write down the reason for wanting to achieve that goal.
Why do you want to ride your own vehicle by age 25 or become a millionaire by the age of 30? Do you want to achieve a sense of financial security? You need to discover the purpose that will help drive you in achieving your desired goal. This purpose will be your motivation to work harder towards achieving your goals.

3. Stick your list somewhere you can see them.
Put your list somewhere conspicuous. It could be at your mirror or your dressing table so that you will be able to see it everyday. Remember, seen it everyday will drive you towards achieving your goals.

4. Repeat your mantra now.
If an obstacle comes in your way, repeat your mantra. You want financial security? If you still need convincing, look back at that list that you have just written. You have written strong enough reasons to force you to get back up and start working again.

Make your whole life your own personal mantra. Remember to be persistent in upholding your mantra and great rewards are sure to follow.
Cheers.
