Sleeping- Your Success Pre-requisite

Hi Harriet

Are you sleeping enough to be successful?

What has sleep got to do with being successful?

Plenty…

But let’s get some facts about sleep…

Despite the amount of research conducted on the need for sleep, majority of the adults are not getting the recommended amount of sleep each night. When life gets busy, sleep tends to fall to the bottom of our priority list, leaving our minds and bodies stressed, sick and eventually burned-out…

Sleeping also means getting uninterrupted sleep.

Studies shows people with interrupted sleep tend to have reduced positive mood the next day then people with uninterrupted sleep.

If you have insomnia, you would understand how much it affects you mentally and physically.

There’s already enough research data to show the dangerous side effects of lack of sleep...

90 percent of the people who suffer from insomnia also suffers from another chronic health condition such as diabetes, stroke, heart disease, heart failure and even death.

Arianna Huffington passed out, fell, and woke up in a pool of blood, with a broken cheekbone and a cut over her eye as a result of over-exhaustion and severe lack of sleep.

If you have warning signs of serious sleep deprivation, like forgetfulness, wandering mind, irritability, easily upset and weight gain, it’s time to look into your sleep.

Observe and you’ll realize sleep-deprived people normally have problems making decisions and trouble learning and they tend to have short term memory too.

Strengthen your mind and get adequate sleep to allow the harmful toxins to be flushed that was build up during the day.

Start building your success by paying attention to what most people is ignoring.

Without proper sleep, you’ll not be able to build the right healthy mind to achieve success

If you have been sleep deprived and struggling to get what things done and falling behind in what you want to achieve and accomplish, it’s high time to work on your sleep.
